MONT LAWN CAMP JUNE 22-27th (MONDAY to SATURDAY) -Poconos church, sport, musical, adventure camp.
We are leaving from the Helping Hand Mission on JUNE 22nd.
We will return on June 27th at about 1pm.
REMINDER: Campers are not able to keep cell phones or snacks in the cabin. If you bring food up it will be fed to the bears.
Vapes, fighting, and bullying can get you sent home early.
Be sure to label clothing if you are worried about it being lost.
Welcome to the Mont Lawn Camp 2026 Season!
As we prepare to welcome your Camper, here are some things for you to prepare…
We advise parents to check the weather forecast for the week your child is due to arrive at Mont Lawn Camp. Although it is summertime, the weather can alter from morning to evening in the Pocono Mountains area. Therefore, please pack clothes suitable for the specified weather.
DRESS CODE:
We advise parents to help their kids pack – even their teens – so that they bring appropriate attire for Camp. Our policy is the same for both boys and girls.
No crop tops or spaghetti straps shirts
No revealing tops
No inappropriate graphics or images on clothing
Shorts must cover the whole bottom (while sitting, standing, or bending)
If wearing leggings, bottoms must be covered by a long shirt or sweatshirt
Closed toe shoes (sneakers, crocks, etc.) only; no open-toe sandals or slippers for day-to-day use
Should we deem a Camper’s attire inappropriate, in accordance with our policies, we will ask the camper to change.
ITEMS TO PACK FOR CAMP:
Underwear and socks
T-shirts
Pants
Bathing suit
For girls, one-piece swimsuits. Bikinis and/or two-piece swimsuits are prohibited
For boys, swimming trunks; no swimming briefs
Pajamas
Jacket and/or sweatshirt for cool weather
Raincoat or umbrella
A laundry bag or pillowcase for dirty clothes
2 Towels (pool and shower)
Toothbrush and toothpaste
Brush/ Comb
Soap, shampoo and conditioner
Flashlight
Bible (recommended)
Medications (marked and in the original bottle)
Sneakers
Closed-toed water shoes, crocs (or equivalent) are recommended for showers, lake, and pool area safety and comfort
UNWELCOMED ITEMS:
Sharp objects such as scissors, blades, needles, and glass (bottles) are prohibited. All necessary art & craft materials are provided for activities
Any sharp objects found with a child will be confiscated
Refusal to hand in any sharp object could result in camper dismissal.

Alcohol
Knives
Video games
Expensive articles/items
Fireworks
Explosives
Pets
Breakables
Weapons
Duct tape
Portable electronics (bluetooth speakers)
Excessive jewelry
Hazing material of any kind
Excessive money
Poisonous or illegal substances
Smoking products, materials or instruments of any kind – e.g., lighters/matches, tobacco, vaping, marijuana; edibles
CELL PHONES:
Camper cell phones will be collected at the beginning of Camp and held in safekeeping. If a Camper is found with a cell phone, we will ask the Camper to turn it in for safekeeping. They will receive their phone at the end of the Camp week. In case of an emergency, calls will be placed from the Camp Office at 570-431-0608.
